Contains the analysis and clasification of basic functions  related to carbohydrate, monosaccharide, disaccharides, oligosaccharides, polysaccharides, depopolysaccharides, amylose,amylopectine, glycogen, cellulose, glycolipids, glycoproteins

Aims and Objectives of the module

Providing basic information and training to understand and make a comments on the biochemistry of fishes for theoretic and clinical lectures.
