Basic principles on wholesome milk production

Module Contents

Microflora of raw milk, contamination style of microorganisms, healthy milk production, Diseases of cows, diseases passing from milk to people, sanitation procedures in milk industry, preservation of milk.

Aims and Objectives of the module

Acquire to adequate information about microorganism causing spoilage of milk and pathogen microorganism. To learn basic principles and applications on healthy milk production.
