The production steps and preservation of pasteurized, sterilized and thicken milks, and fault and spoils appearing in these products, inspection methods.

Aims and Objectives of the module

To learn the qualities of un-pasteurized milk used in manufacturing of drinking milk, and production steps and laboratory analysis methods in these products.
