Basic principles of nutrition science, factors affect on food need, proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, water, enzyme, hormones, minerals, vitamins and energy metabolism, nutrition keyboard, nutrition groups, to prepare diet, food borne disease.

Aims and Objectives of the module

To learn and apply  principles of healthy and balanced nutrition, nutriment elements, food borne diseases, besides to learn nutrition principle of pregnant and socking women, various old  children, sportsman and worker, older.

Method of assessment

Lecture and investigations in relation to topics.
