Vision and visual optic, congenital and acquired abnormalities, incidence of commonly seen ocular diseases, their causes, pathogenesis, clinical signs, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, medical and surgical treatments and complications of equine eye lids, lacrimal system, cornea, sclera, anterior and posterior uvea, lens, retina, vitreous optic nerve in equine species.

Aims and Objectives of the module

The students will acquire problem solving skills and hand-on experiences on diagnosis and treatments of the diseases met commonly in extraocular and ocular structures of the equine eye.
