Module Contents

Congenital and acquired abnormalities, incidence of commonly seen ocular diseases, their causes, pathogenesis, clinical signs, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, medical and surgical treatments and complications of equine eye lids, lacrimal system, cornea, sclera, anterior and posterior uvea, lens, retina, vitreous optic nerve in the cattle, sheep and goat.

Aims and Objectives of the module

The students will acquire problem solving skills and experience with regard to the diagnosis and treatments of the diseases seen commonly in extraocular and ocular structures of domestic ruminant eye.
